Maintaining your heat impulse sealer requires you to replace some of the consumable parts (heating element, t-upper cloth and t-adhesives) on a regular basis.  We provide replacements parts to suit your needs whether you are interested in purchasing one item or many.  We provide individual element, PTFE t-upper cloth and t-adhesives items as well as replacement packs that include all three.

The element will eventually break and must be replaced.  Note:  When replacing the heating element, be sure to check the condition of the bottom t-adhesive.  If there are slight burn marks or damage, we recommend replacing the PTFE t-adhesive.  It is important to keep the bottom t-adhesive in good conidtion in order to extend the life of the heating element and timer.
